Lava Flow
A creamy coconut-pineapple blend with a ribbon of strawberry red swirling through, like lava.

For one serving
Ingredients
- Strawberry
Frozen, about 60 g (2 oz)
5 pieces - Coconut Liqueur30 ml / 1.01 US fl oz
- White Rum30 ml / 1.01 US fl oz
- Banana0.5 pieces
- Pineapple Juice60 ml / 2.03 US fl oz
- Cream of Coconut60 ml / 2.03 US fl oz
US fl oz amounts are rounded; use ml for exact measures.
Make it
- Blend the frozen strawberries with the coconut liqueur and white rum until smooth, then pour into the bottom of the glass.
- Rinse the blender, then blend the banana, pineapple juice and cream of coconut until smooth.
- Slowly pour the pineapple-coconut mixture over the strawberry purée so the red swirls up the sides.
