How much does Menulet cost?
Menulet launches free, with no subscription or in-app purchases. Existing features will remain free forever.
Can I use it offline?
The built-in recipes, your cabinet, favorites, and journal work on your device. iCloud sync and optional cloud bottle recognition need an internet connection.
Where is my collection saved?
Normally, Menulet saves it on your device and syncs it through your private iCloud account when available. Settings shows whether storage is syncing, local only, or temporarily unable to save. A local-only collection won’t automatically follow you to another device.
Can I take my data with me?
Open Settings and choose Export Data to create a ZIP containing readable data. Keep this export somewhere safe before deleting the app or clearing its data.
Do I have to upload bottle photos?
No. You can add bottles by hand or use on-device label reading. Cloud recognition is optional and asks for your permission before the first upload. Review the results before adding bottles.
Why doesn’t a shared link open the app?
You need an installed version of Menulet that supports these links. iOS may keep same-site links in Safari. Open the original link from Messages or Mail, or touch and hold it to see the available app action. The recipe is also readable here.
