Ingredients
- White Port
Choose a dry style labeled Dry
50 ml / 1.69 US fl oz - Tonic Water100 ml / 3.38 US fl ozto top up
US fl oz amounts are rounded; use ml for exact measures.
To garnishMint sprig, Lime twist
Make it
- Fill a highball glass with ice.
- Pour in the white port.
- Slowly pour tonic water along a bar spoon, then gently lift the mix once.
- Garnish with a few mint leaves and a strip of lime zest.

A traditional aperitif in the Porto area of Portugal, locally called Porto Tónico.
