Equal parts Old Tom gin and dry vermouth, with subtle notes of cherry and anise.

  • Old Tom Gin
    30 ml / 1.01 US fl oz
  • Dry Vermouth
    30 ml / 1.01 US fl oz
  • Maraschino Liqueur
    0.5 barspoons
  • Absinthe
    0.25 barspoons
  • Orange Bitters
    3 dashes

Make it

  1. Chill the Martini glass ahead of time.
  2. Fill a mixing glass with ice and pour in all ingredients.
  3. Stir with a bar spoon for about 30 seconds, until the glass feels icy cold.
  4. Strain into the glass, add a cherry and express a lemon twist.
