- Jamaican Rum
IBA calls for gold Jamaican rum
30 ml / 1.01 US fl oz - White Rum
IBA calls for Cuban rum, which isn't sold in the US; white rum stands in
15 ml / 0.51 US fl oz - Passion Fruit Syrup15 ml / 0.51 US fl oz
- Lime Juice15 ml / 0.51 US fl oz
- Honey Syrup15 ml / 0.51 US fl oz
- Passion Fruitoptional
Halved, for garnish

US fl oz amounts are rounded; use ml for exact measures.
Make it
- Add the Jamaican rum, white rum, passion fruit syrup, lime juice and honey syrup to a blender with a scoop of crushed ice and flash-blend for a few seconds.
- Pour into a footed glass and top up with more crushed ice.
- Garnish with half a passion fruit.
