Gin, lime and green Chartreuse shaken with egg white.

  • Lime Juice

  • Green Chartreuse
    22.5 ml / 0.76 US fl oz
  • Simple Syrup
    15 ml / 0.51 US fl oz
  • Egg White
    15 ml / 0.51 US fl oz

Make it

  1. Dry-shake all ingredients without ice first, then add ice and shake until chilled and foamy.
  2. Double-strain into a chilled glass filled with fresh ice cubes.
