Tequila, lime and maraschino liqueur with egg white.

Ingredients

  • Blanco Tequila
    45 ml / 1.52 US fl oz
  • Lime Juice
    22.5 ml / 0.76 US fl oz
  • Maraschino Liqueur
    15 ml / 0.51 US fl oz
  • Egg White
    22.5 ml / 0.76 US fl oz

US fl oz amounts are rounded; use ml for exact measures.

Make it

  1. Add all ingredients to a shaker and dry-shake without ice to emulsify the egg white.
  2. Add ice and shake again until chilled.
  3. Double-strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
