Lemon Drop Martini

Like a lemon hard candy: tart first, then sweet, with a faint orange-peel finish.

Ingredients

  • Vodka
    30 ml / 1.01 US fl oz
  • Triple Sec
    20 ml / 0.68 US fl oz
  • Lemon Juice
    15 ml / 0.51 US fl oz

US fl oz amounts are rounded; use ml for exact measures.

Make it

  1. Chill the Martini glass ahead of time.
  2. Pour all ingredients into a shaker, fill with ice and shake hard for 10 seconds.
  3. Strain into the glass.
