Coffee Julep
Bourbon with coffee liqueur and mint

Ingredients
- Bourbon75 ml / 2.54 US fl oz
- Coffee Liqueur7.5 ml / 0.25 US fl oz
- Demerara Syrup7.5 ml / 0.25 US fl oz
- Mint1 sprig
US fl oz amounts are rounded; use ml for exact measures.
Make it
- Muddle the mint leaves with demerara syrup in a julep cup.
- Fill with crushed ice, then add bourbon and coffee liqueur.
- Stir until chilled and the cup is frosty, then add more crushed ice.
- Clap the mint sprig between your hands to release its aroma and use it as a garnish.
