Cynar Flip

Cynar and a whole egg shaken into a rich foam

Ingredients

  • Cynar
    60 ml / 2.03 US fl oz
  • Egg
    1 piece
  • Simple Syrup
    2 barspoons

US fl oz amounts are rounded; use ml for exact measures.

Make it

  1. Dry-shake the whole egg in a shaker first.
  2. Add Cynar and syrup, then shake with ice.
  3. Strain into a cocktail glass and add a few drops of bitters to the foam.
