Rabo de Galo

Cachaça, sweet vermouth and Cynar, stirred together.

Ingredients

  • Cachaça
    60 ml / 2.03 US fl oz
  • Sweet Vermouth
    20 ml / 0.68 US fl oz
  • Cynar
    15 ml / 0.51 US fl oz
  • Angostura Bittersoptional
    2 drops

US fl oz amounts are rounded; use ml for exact measures.

To garnishOrange twist

Make it

  1. Pour the cachaça, sweet vermouth and Cynar into an old-fashioned glass, with two drops of Angostura bitters if you like.
  2. Add ice and stir briefly.
  3. Garnish with an orange twist.
