Bloody Caesar
Vodka and clamato juice with hot sauce and horseradish.

Ingredients
- Vodka45 ml / 1.52 US fl oz
- Clamato juice120 ml / 4.06 US fl oz
- Worcestershire Sauce2 dashes
- Hot Sauce2 dashes
- Horseradish
Add to taste
1 barspoon
US fl oz amounts are rounded; use ml for exact measures.
Make it
- Moisten the rim with lime and dip it in a little celery salt. Fill the glass with ice and set aside.
- Add vodka, clamato juice, Worcestershire sauce, Tabasco and horseradish to a mixing glass filled with ice.
- Roll between two mixing glasses several times to combine.
- Strain into the prepared glass.
- Garnish with a celery stalk, cucumber spear and lime wedge.
