Grenadine version
For one serving
Ingredients
- Pastis30 ml / 1.01 US fl oz
- Grenadine15 ml / 0.51 US fl oz
- Water
Ice-cold water; adjust to taste
150 ml / 5.07 US fl oz
US fl oz amounts are rounded; use ml for exact measures.
Make it
- Pour the pastis and grenadine into a highball glass.
- Slowly add the cold water and watch the drink turn cloudy.
- Add ice and stir gently.
Recipe reference
Uses the Provence tourism board's 3 cl pastis to 1.5 cl syrup, with water at the 1:5 ratio it gives.
