White rum, blue curaçao and cream of coconut blended with pineapple into a pale-blue slush.

- Blue Curaçao40 ml / 1.35 US fl oz
- Cream of Coconut30 ml / 1.01 US fl oz
- Pineapple Juice90 ml / 3.04 US fl oz
- Lime Juice7.5 ml / 0.25 US fl oz

To garnishPineapple wedge, Cherry
Make it
- Put everything in a blender with about 180 ml of crushed ice.
- Blend until smooth, pour into a hurricane glass and garnish with a pineapple wedge and a cherry.

Difford's thinks Don the Beachcomber probably created it as a riff on the Blue Hawaii.
