Ingredients
- Brandy60 ml / 2.03 US fl oz
- Simple Syrup5 ml / 0.17 US fl oz
- Angostura Bitters2 dashes
- Orange1 wedge
- Cocktail cherry1 piece
US fl oz amounts are rounded; use ml for exact measures.
Make it
- In a chilled old-fashioned glass, muddle syrup, bitters, orange wedges and cherries into a thick paste. Avoid over-muddling the orange peel.
- Add brandy and stir.
- Fill with crushed ice and serve.
