  • Lemon Juice
    10 ml / 0.34 US fl oz
  • White Peach Sparkling Water
    150 ml / 5.07 US fl ozto top up

Make it

  1. Fill the glass with ice.
  2. Pour in gin and lemon juice and stir to chill.
  3. Top with chilled white peach sparkling water down the inside of the glass and gently lift the mix once.
  4. Add a lemon slice.

Behind the drink

White peach's floral-fruit aroma pairs with gin's juniper and citrus peel. Zero-sugar sparkling water provides aroma and a little sweetness, while lemon juice supplies the acidity for a clean, light drink.
