Porn Star Martini

Passion fruit purée at the core, vanilla sugar to finish, Champagne on the side.

Ingredients

  • Vanilla Vodka
    50 ml / 1.69 US fl oz
  • Passion Fruit Liqueur
    20 ml / 0.68 US fl oz
  • Passion Fruit Purée
    50 ml / 1.69 US fl oz
  • Vanilla Sugar
    2 barspoons
  • Champagneoptional

    Served on the side

    50 ml / 1.69 US fl oz

US fl oz amounts are rounded; use ml for exact measures.

Make it

  1. Put everything except the Champagne in a shaker with ice and shake hard.
  2. Double strain into a chilled coupe and garnish with half a passion fruit.
  3. Pour the Champagne into a small glass and serve it alongside.
