Porn Star Martini

A fruity mix of vanilla vodka, passion fruit liqueur and lime.

Ingredients

  • Passion Fruit

    Use the pulp and seeds

    1 piece
  • Vanilla Vodka
    60 ml / 2.03 US fl oz
  • Passion Fruit Liqueur
    15 ml / 0.51 US fl oz
  • Simple Syrup
    15 ml / 0.51 US fl oz
  • Lime Juice
    15 ml / 0.51 US fl oz
  • Champagneoptional
    60 ml / 2.03 US fl oz

US fl oz amounts are rounded; use ml for exact measures.

Make it

  1. Scoop the seeds of one passion fruit into a shaker.
  2. Add vanilla vodka, passion fruit liqueur, lime juice and syrup, then shake well with ice.
  3. Strain into a Martini glass and serve with a chilled glass of Champagne on the side.

Recipe reference
