A bitter blend of gin, Campari and dry vermouth

Ingredients

  • Gin
    40 ml / 1.35 US fl oz
  • Dry Vermouth
    20 ml / 0.68 US fl oz
  • Campari
    10 ml / 0.34 US fl oz

US fl oz amounts are rounded; use ml for exact measures.

To garnishLemon twist

Make it

  1. Fill a mixing glass with ice and add the gin, dry vermouth and Campari.
  2. Stir until the glass is cold.
  3. Strain into a chilled coupe and express a lemon peel over the rim.
