Melon Coconut Shot

Melon, banana and coconut shaken with a little cream and crowned with more: dessert in a small glass.

Ingredients

  • Crème de banane
    15 ml / 0.51 US fl oz
  • Melon Liqueur
    15 ml / 0.51 US fl oz
  • Coconut Liqueur
    15 ml / 0.51 US fl oz
  • Pineapple Juice
    15 ml / 0.51 US fl oz
  • Cream

    Shaken into the drink; the original uses whipped cream

    7.5 ml / 0.25 US fl oz

US fl oz amounts are rounded; use ml for exact measures.

Make it

  1. Add everything to a shaker with ice and shake hard until the cream is fully mixed in.
  2. Strain into a small glass and, if you like, top with a little whipped cream.

Recipe reference

Per Feast and West; following the author's make-ahead tip, the whipped cream shaken into the drink is swapped for cream at half the amount of the other ingredients, and the whipped cream on top is optional.
