Ingredients
- Irish Whiskey15 ml / 0.51 US fl oz
- Peach Schnapps15 ml / 0.51 US fl oz
- Lime Juice10 ml / 0.34 US fl oz
- Simple Syrup
The original uses 2.5 ml rich (2:1) syrup
4 ml / 0.14 US fl oz - Lemon-Lime Soda15 ml / 0.51 US fl ozto top up
US fl oz amounts are rounded; use ml for exact measures.
Make it
- Add the Irish whiskey, peach schnapps, lime juice and simple syrup to a shaker with ice and shake for about 10 seconds.
- Fine-strain into a chilled small glass.
- Top with lemon-lime soda.
