Make it
- Fill a highball glass with ice.
- Pour in gin and lime juice.
- Top with soda water, stir gently once and garnish with a lime slice.
Behind the drink
Named after Joe Rickey, a lobbyist in late-19th-century Washington. It first used whiskey; the gin version later became better known.
