Sweet Tart
Vodka with raspberry liqueur and amaretto, sharpened with lime and topped with lemon-lime soda in a sugar-rimmed glass.

- Vodka60 ml / 2.03 US fl oz
- Raspberry Liqueur22.5 ml / 0.76 US fl oz
- Amaretto22.5 ml / 0.76 US fl oz
- Lime Juice30 ml / 1.01 US fl oz
- Lemon-Lime Soda60 ml / 2.03 US fl ozto top up
- Sugaroptional

Make it
- Moisten the rim of a Collins glass with a little lime juice, dip it in sugar, then fill the glass with ice.
- Add the vodka, raspberry liqueur, amaretto and lime juice to a shaker with ice and shake for about 10 seconds.
- Strain into the glass and top with lemon-lime soda.
- Garnish with a few redcurrants or other berries.
