Rye whiskey with lemon, absinthe and egg white.

Ingredients

  • Rye Whiskey
    60 ml / 2.03 US fl oz
  • Lemon Juice
    22.5 ml / 0.76 US fl oz
  • Simple Syrup
    22.5 ml / 0.76 US fl oz
  • Absinthe
    2 dashes
  • Egg White
    1 piece

Make it

  1. Add all ingredients to a shaker and dry-shake without ice.
  2. Add ice and shake again until chilled.
  3. Fine-strain into a coupe.
