Irish Maid

Irish whiskey with elderflower liqueur, lemon and cucumber.

Ingredients

  • Irish Whiskey
    60 ml / 2.03 US fl oz
  • Elderflower Liqueur
    15 ml / 0.51 US fl oz
  • Lemon Juice
    22.5 ml / 0.76 US fl oz
  • Simple Syrup
    22.5 ml / 0.76 US fl oz
  • Cucumber

    Cut into quarter-inch-thick slices

Make it

  1. Muddle the cucumber slices in a shaker.
  2. Add Irish whiskey, St-Germain, lemon juice and syrup, then shake with ice until well chilled.
  3. Fine-strain into a chilled old-fashioned glass filled with fresh ice cubes.
