Bywater

Dark rum with herbal liqueurs

Ingredients

  • Dark Rum
    52.5 ml / 1.78 US fl oz
  • Amaro Averna
    22.5 ml / 0.76 US fl oz
  • Green Chartreuse
    15 ml / 0.51 US fl oz
  • Falernum
    7.5 ml / 0.25 US fl oz
  • Peychaud's Bitters
    2 dashes
  • Orange Bitters
    2 dashes

US fl oz amounts are rounded; use ml for exact measures.

Make it

  1. Stir all ingredients in a mixing glass filled with ice until chilled.
  2. Strain into a coupe or Nick & Nora glass.
  3. Express the orange peel's oils over the drink, discard the peel and garnish with a cherry.
