Gin and Campari with elderflower liqueur and grapefruit juice.

Ingredients

  • Gin

    A gin such as Beefeater works well

    45 ml / 1.52 US fl oz
  • Campari
    15 ml / 0.51 US fl oz
  • Elderflower Liqueur
    7.5 ml / 0.25 US fl oz
  • Grapefruit Juice
    22.5 ml / 0.76 US fl oz

US fl oz amounts are rounded; use ml for exact measures.

Make it

  1. Add all ingredients to a shaker and shake with ice for 10 to 12 seconds.
  2. Double-strain into a chilled coupe and garnish with lemon peel.
