Yuzu Negroni

Gin, Suze and yuzu sake.

  • Gin
    30 ml / 1.01 US fl oz
  • Suze
    22.5 ml / 0.76 US fl oz
  • Cocchi Aperitivo Americano
    15 ml / 0.51 US fl oz
  • Sake

    Yuzu

    7.5 ml / 0.25 US fl oz

Make it

  1. Add all ingredients to a mixing glass and stir with ice until chilled.
  2. Strain into a glass with one large ice cube; express the lemon peel's oils and use it as a garnish.
