Vodka Bitter Lemon

Bitter lemon's quinine edge and tart citrus stretch vodka into a crisp long drink.

Ingredients

  • Vodka
    50 ml / 1.69 US fl oz
  • Bitter Lemon
    150 ml / 5.07 US fl ozto top up
  • Basiloptional

    For garnish

    2 leaves

US fl oz amounts are rounded; use ml for exact measures.

Make it

  1. Fill a highball glass with ice.
  2. Add the vodka, top with bitter lemon and stir gently once.
  3. Garnish with a lemon wedge and two basil leaves.
