Gin with dry vermouth, maraschino liqueur and bitters

Ingredients

  • Gin
    60 ml / 2.03 US fl oz
  • Dry Vermouth
    22.5 ml / 0.76 US fl oz
  • Maraschino Liqueur
    7.5 ml / 0.25 US fl oz
  • Absinthe
    2 dashes
  • Orange Bitters
    2 dashes

US fl oz amounts are rounded; use ml for exact measures.

Make it

  1. Add gin, dry vermouth, maraschino liqueur, absinthe and bitters to a mixing glass filled with ice; stir until well chilled.
  2. Strain into a chilled coupe.
  3. Garnish with lemon peel.
