Scotch whisky with lemon and orgeat

Ingredients

  • Scotch Whisky
    60 ml / 2.03 US fl oz
  • Lemon Juice
    22.5 ml / 0.76 US fl oz
  • Orgeat
    15 ml / 0.51 US fl oz
  • Simple Syrup
    7.5 ml / 0.25 US fl oz

US fl oz amounts are rounded; use ml for exact measures.

Make it

  1. Add all ingredients to a shaker and shake with ice for 10 to 12 seconds.
  2. Strain into an old-fashioned glass filled with fresh ice cubes.
