Rhum agricole, lime and syrup

Ingredients

  • Rhum agricole
    45 ml / 1.52 US fl oz
  • Simple Syrup
    7.5 ml / 0.25 US fl oz
  • Lime
    1 piece

US fl oz amounts are rounded; use ml for exact measures.

Make it

  1. Cut half a lime into wedges.
  2. Muddle the lime wedges with syrup in an old-fashioned glass.
  3. Add 2 to 3 ice cubes and stir until the ice melts.
