The Infante

Tequila, lime and orgeat with the scent of rose water

Ingredients

  • Blanco Tequila
    60 ml / 2.03 US fl oz
  • Lime Juice
    22.5 ml / 0.76 US fl oz
  • Orgeat
    22.5 ml / 0.76 US fl oz
  • Rose water
    2 dashes

US fl oz amounts are rounded; use ml for exact measures.

Make it

  1. Add all ingredients to a shaker filled with ice and shake until chilled.
  2. Strain into an old-fashioned glass with one large ice cube and garnish with freshly grated nutmeg.
