Skeleton Key

A fizzy mix of bourbon, elderflower liqueur and ginger beer.

Ingredients

  • Bourbon
    45 ml / 1.52 US fl oz
  • Elderflower Liqueur
    22.5 ml / 0.76 US fl oz
  • Lemon Juice
    15 ml / 0.51 US fl oz
  • Ginger Beer
    90 ml / 3.04 US fl oz
  • Angostura Bitters
    6 dashes

US fl oz amounts are rounded; use ml for exact measures.

Make it

  1. Fill a highball glass with ice, using clear ice if available.
  2. Pour in bourbon, St-Germain elderflower liqueur and lemon juice, then add ginger beer.
  3. Add 6 to 8 drops of Angostura bitters and serve immediately.
