Piña Verde

Green Chartreuse with pineapple juice, cream of coconut and lime juice.

Ingredients

  • Green Chartreuse
    45 ml / 1.52 US fl oz
  • Pineapple Juice
    45 ml / 1.52 US fl oz
  • Cream of Coconut
    22.5 ml / 0.76 US fl oz
  • Lime Juice
    15 ml / 0.51 US fl oz

US fl oz amounts are rounded; use ml for exact measures.

Make it

  1. Add all ingredients and ice to a shaker and shake until chilled.
  2. Strain into an old-fashioned glass filled with pebble ice.
  3. Garnish with a mint sprig.
