A bittersweet mix of rye whiskey, Cynar and sweet vermouth

Ingredients

  • Rye Whiskey
    60 ml / 2.03 US fl oz
  • Cynar
    15 ml / 0.51 US fl oz
  • Sweet Vermouth
    22.5 ml / 0.76 US fl oz

US fl oz amounts are rounded; use ml for exact measures.

Make it

  1. Stir all ingredients with ice for about 20 seconds.
  2. Strain into a small chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with a cherry or a pickled artichoke heart, if you like.
