Lillet Blanc's citrus-honey notes with tonic, dressed with strawberry, mint and cucumber.

  • Lillet Blanc
    50 ml / 1.69 US fl oz
  • Tonic Water
    100 ml / 3.38 US fl ozto top up
  • Strawberryoptional
    1 piece
  • Mintoptional
    4 leaves
  • Cucumberoptional
    1 slice

US fl oz amounts are rounded; use ml for exact measures.

To garnishStrawberry, Mint sprig, Cucumber slice

Make it

  1. Pour the Lillet Blanc into a wine glass.
  2. Fill with ice and add the tonic water.
  3. Add the strawberry, mint leaves and cucumber slice, and stir gently.
