- Gin
Beefeater gin is recommended
60 ml / 2.03 US fl oz - Lime Juice22.5 ml / 0.76 US fl oz
- Simple Syrup22.5 ml / 0.76 US fl oz
- Cucumber3 slices
- Mint1 sprig
US fl oz amounts are rounded; use ml for exact measures.
Make it
- Muddle the cucumber and salt in a mixing glass.
- Add the remaining ingredients and ice, then shake.
- Strain into a chilled coupe.
- Garnish with a mint leaf, add rose water to the leaf and add 3 drops of Angostura bitters.
