Islay whisky, Cynar and blanc vermouth.

Ingredients

  • Islay Scotch
    45 ml / 1.52 US fl oz
  • Cynar
    22.5 ml / 0.76 US fl oz
  • Blanc Vermouth
    22.5 ml / 0.76 US fl oz

US fl oz amounts are rounded; use ml for exact measures.

Make it

  1. Add all ingredients to a mixing glass.
  2. Stir with ice for 30 to 45 seconds, or about 60 turns.
  3. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
