Bourbon and Islay whisky with maple syrup.

Ingredients

  • Bourbon
    30 ml / 1.01 US fl oz
  • Islay Scotch
    30 ml / 1.01 US fl oz
  • Maple syrup
    10 ml / 0.34 US fl oz
  • Angostura cocoa bitters
    2 dashes
  • Angostura Bitters
    1 dash

US fl oz amounts are rounded; use ml for exact measures.

Make it

  1. Add all ingredients to a mixing glass.
  2. Stir with ice for 20 to 30 seconds.
  3. Strain into an old-fashioned glass filled with ice.
