Mezcal, Aperol and lime juice woven together.

  • Mezcal
    30 ml / 1.01 US fl oz
  • Aperol
    22.5 ml / 0.76 US fl oz
  • Maraschino Liqueur
    15 ml / 0.51 US fl oz
  • Lime Juice
    22.5 ml / 0.76 US fl oz

US fl oz amounts are rounded; use ml for exact measures.

Make it

  1. Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice and shake until chilled.
  2. Strain into a coupe.
  3. Express the grapefruit peel's oils over the drink, then discard it.
