Cynar, sweet vermouth and lemon juice

Ingredients
- Cynar60 ml / 2.03 US fl oz
- Sweet Vermouth30 ml / 1.01 US fl oz
- Lemon Juice7.5 ml / 0.25 US fl oz
- Orange Bitters6 dashes

Make it
- Add Cynar, sweet vermouth, lemon juice and orange bitters to a mixing glass; stir with ice until chilled.
- Strain into an old-fashioned glass with one large ice cube and garnish with lemon peel.
