Rum and pineapple juice, finished with Prosecco

  • Gold Rum
    45 ml / 1.52 US fl oz
  • Galliano
    15 ml / 0.51 US fl oz
  • Lime Juice
    1 dash
  • Prosecco
    1 dash
  • Pineapple Juice
    60 ml / 2.03 US fl oz

US fl oz amounts are rounded; use ml for exact measures.

Make it

  1. Add all ingredients except the Prosecco to a shaker and shake well with ice.
  2. Strain into a chilled highball glass filled with ice, then add the Prosecco.
