Artichoke Hold

Jamaican rum, Cynar and elderflower liqueur

  • Jamaican Rum
    22.5 ml / 0.76 US fl oz
  • Cynar
    22.5 ml / 0.76 US fl oz
  • Elderflower Liqueur
    15 ml / 0.51 US fl oz
  • Lime Juice
    22.5 ml / 0.76 US fl oz
  • Orgeat
    15 ml / 0.51 US fl oz

US fl oz amounts are rounded; use ml for exact measures.

Make it

  1. Add all ingredients to a shaker.
  2. Add a little ice and shake gently.
  3. Strain into an old-fashioned glass filled with crushed ice, then mound more crushed ice on top.
