Less spirit and a little lemon juice for a better sweet-tart balance.

Ingredients

  • Gin
    40 ml / 1.35 US fl oz
  • Triple Sec
    20 ml / 0.68 US fl oz
  • Lemon Juice
    10 ml / 0.34 US fl oz
  • Blue Curaçao

    The original recipe calls for “a splash”

    5 ml / 0.17 US fl oz

US fl oz amounts are rounded; use ml for exact measures.

Make it

  1. Chill a coupe in the freezer.
  2. Add everything to a shaker with ice and shake hard.
  3. Strain into the chilled glass.
